The workshop explains and introduces:
- basic principles of communication skills in procurement meetings,- the role of a partnership and its effects on communication,
- communication techniques and strategies, which work,
- how to assertively, yet friendly express doubts and maintain friendly tone,
- stages, where communication mistakes usually occur and how to deal with them,
- how to read key body language elements and use them for better understanding.
Available in Slovenian and English (as a communication skill and/or a specialized workshop of Business English).
