Dozens of messages are too long, too short, unclear, impolite or even rude. And very often it takes us ages and a great deal of effort to find out what the mail is all about.What about negotiations? Using a poorly suited word or expression or presenting arguments awkwardly can be very costly. This workshop is about how to avoid such uncomfortable and unproductive situations and polish your e-mail writing skills.
